摘要
通过分析非晶态Fe79B16Si5的弯曲断裂相对应变εf、居里温度Tc、饱和磁感应强度Bs、矫顽力Hc和损耗P在退火过程中的变化,研究了非晶态合金的延-脆转变、居里温度的弛豫及磁性优化效应。非晶态Fe79B16Si5在503K时开始发生延-脆转变,εf分别在503K和573K时出现两次转折。退火后,Fe79B16Si5合金的Tc升高19K,Bs提高72%,Hc和P(0.3T/10kHz)分别减小为淬态时的1/7和1/6。
The ductile-brittle transition, the relaxation of Curie temperature and the improvementof magnetic properties of amorphous alloy have been studied .by analyzing the changes of relative fracture strain in bending f Curie temperature Tc, saturation induction Bs, coercive force Hc and powerloss P of amorphous Fe79B16Si5 during the annealing process.In isochronal annealing, the ductile-brittletransition of amorphous Fe79B16Si5 begins at 503K, and the ductility of the amorphous ribbons drops at503K and 573K, respectively. After annealing, the Curie temperature To is increased by 19K. saturation induction is increased by 72%, coercive force and power loss are reduced to 1/7 and 1/6, respectively,compared to those values of the as-cast alloy.
