摘要
详细分析了使用R&S公司的FSEK30频谱仪和FS-K3软件进行高增益器件噪声系数测量中的校准与测量误差问题。提出了在使用噪声源,采用Y系数法进行高增益器件测量中所应该注意的问题和处理的原则。其所涉及的分析思路和方法,对一般的噪声系数测量中涉及的校准和测量误差分析也具有一定的参考价值。
Noise factor measure calibration and error analysis of high gain amplifier is analyzed in detail based on spectrum analyzer FSEK30 and software tool FS-K3 made by R&S. During measure of high gain amplifier using Y Factor technique, the issue that should be paid attention to and processing principle are present. The idea and method is also available for general noise factor measure calibration and error analysis.
