摘要
以对硝基氯苯为原料,通过引入甲硫基后再进行置换、氟化制得对三氟甲硫基硝基苯;然后通过重氮化、水解得到目标产物对三氟甲硫基苯酚。总收率为56%。
Using 1-chloro-4-nitrobenzene as raw material, 1-nitro-4-(trifluoromethylthio) benzene was synthesized by introducing methylthio group and then via replacing fluorination. And then the title compound 4-[ (trifluoromethyl)thio]- phenol was obtained through diazotization and hydrolysis with total yield of 56%.
