摘要
以低熔点合金为可熔型芯材料,注射成型形状复杂的30%玻纤增强尼龙66中空塑料件。介绍可熔型芯材料的组成及配制方法、可熔型芯的成型、塑料件注射成型过程,以及可熔型芯的熔出。结果表明,用低熔点合金制作可熔型芯材料并用于塑料件注射成型技术可行,工艺控制可靠,但塑料件制作成本高,只能用于附加值较高的塑料件上。
By using low melting alloy as fusible core and nylon 66 modified by 30% glass fiber, fistula plastic parts with intricated type were prepared. The composition and method of preparation of the fusible core, the molding of fusible core, the molding process of plastic parts, and melting-out of the fusible core were introduced. The results showed that the preparing method was feasible, and the control technics was reliable. However, the production cost of the plastic parts were high, It had no option but to used in plastic parts with high profit.
