骨髓干细胞在心肌重建中的应用

摘要 利用细胞移植的方法进行心肌重建是治疗缺血性心脏病的新方法,近来,骨髓干细胞以其独特的优势迅速成为该领域的研究热点。本文从移植细胞的种类、研究方法、疗效及机理等方面综述了目前骨髓干细胞应用于心肌重建的研究进展,并介绍了该项技术目前受到的质疑。
