34CrNi3Mo和3Cr2W8V钢唯象本构关系的研究

摘要 采用压缩试验法,在热模拟试验机上对34CrNi3Mo和3Cr2W8V钢的高温流动特性进行了实验研究、结果表明,变形温度和变形速度对流动应力的变化影响明显,而变形程度仅影响曲线的形态。从而以应变为修正项,采用逐步线性回归的方法,提出了上述两种材料的唯象本构关系模型。这对利用有限元法对金属塑性成形过程进行数值模拟具有重要意义。 An experimental investigation on the plastic flow characteristics of 34CrNi3Mo and 3Cr2W8V steels in high temperature was made by using the compression method hot working simulator. The results indicate that temperature and strain rate effect the variation of flow stress magnificently while the true strain only effects the shape of the flow curves during hot furging. Based on the above mentioned,a phenomen ological constitutive relationship model is established throuhh step linear regression approach by taking the strain as a modifiction factor.This constitutive relationship will play a great part in metal forming simulation through fi nite element method.
