摘要
目的探讨加味桃核承气汤治疗糖尿病并发脑梗死的临床疗效。方法应用加味桃核承气汤治疗(48例)糖尿病并发脑梗死病人,评价其临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血脂指标变化,并与对照组(52例)进行比较。结果治疗1个月后,两组总有效率分别为89.6%和71.1%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组神经功能缺损评分和血脂指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加味桃核承气汤对糖尿病并发脑梗死病人神经功能缺损的恢复具有促进作用。
Objective To probe the curative effect of Jiaweitaohechengqitang (JT) for brain infarction with diabetes. Methods One hundred patients (pts) were divided into treatment group (n = 48) and control group (n = 52). The 52 pts in control group were treated by regular therapy. The 48 pts in treatment were treated by JT with the regular therapy. Results The effective rate was 89.6% in treatment group and 71.1% in control group (P〈0.05). Following one month treatment, the grade of nerve function and blood lipid level were better in treatment group than that in control group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The JT was effective for treatment of pts with brain infarct and diabetes.
