史载祥中西医结合治疗高血压的临床思路和经验

Clinic Thoughtway and Experience on Hypertensive Treatment with Integrating of Chinese and Western Medicine by Shi Zaixiang

中西医学对高血压的发病机制,从不同的理论体系出发有各自的认识,治疗理念上也有较大的差异。①中药调整体质,增强机体对降压药的敏感性;②中药与西药需配伍应用,才能取得最佳疗效;③对高血压病的靶器官损害,采取中西医结合防治;④重视高血压病的非药物治疗。对治疗高血压病的临证经验:①早期实证多见,治以清肝潜阳:以羚羊钩藤汤为主;②中期虚实夹杂,兼顾滋阴补肾,祛痰化瘀通络:以镇肝熄风汤为主;③后期以虚为主,调整阴阳平衡:辨证治疗心力衰竭、脑出血等危重症。

From the different theoretical system, Chinese and western medicine has their own understanding for pathogenesis of hypertension. Dr Shi Zaixiang so thinks： ①Chinese medicines adjust the habitus and state, enhance the body sensitivity to antihypertensive drug. ②The best curative effect may be achieved by combine application with Chinese and Western drugs. ③Adopting the Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine to may prevent and cure the lesion of target organ inducing by hypertension; ④More attensions are paid to non- medication therapy for hypertension. The clinical experience： ①Excess syndrome appears in majority cases at early stage. Treatment should be with removing heat from the liver and restain the yang by decoction of Lingyang gouteng. ②In middle stage, the syndrome have both deficiency and excess, to give attention to nourishing yin, invigorating the kidney, eliminating sputum, dissolving the stagnant and regulating the meridians,by the decoction of Zhengan xifeng. ③In the late stage, deficiency is the main syndrome. Regulation of yin and yang and treating the danger compliations such as heart failure and cerebral hemorrhage.
