摘要
对纳米级CexZr1-xO2固溶体的制备方法进行了综述。其中共沉淀法工艺简单,所得固溶体粒度均匀,便于工业化生产;水热法所得产物粒度均匀,平均粒径可小于10nm;中低温固相反应法无需溶液,是一种“绿色化学”新工艺。
The preparation methods of CexZr1-xO2 were introduced. In all these methods, the process of the conventional co-precipitation was simple and the obtained solid solutions grain size was even, it was more suitable for mass production; the grain size of products by hydrothermal method was even and average size ≤10 nm; solid state reaction at middle-low temperature need not dissolvent and is a kind of new craft according with green chemistry.
