摘要
将回归的正交设计这一数理统计的优化实验设计方法应用到多组分体系分光光度测定中,从理论上证明了该法较目前常用的AKC法与CPA法有更大的优越性,并且应用于萘酚、萘胺与萘胺磺酸混合物的分光光度测定中,从实验上探讨了CPA法的缺陷及回归的正交设计法优点所在.该法可以推广应用到多组分体系光谱分析的许多领域.
Regressive orthogonal designing,an optimal experimental designing method in mathematicalstatistics,is applied to the multicomponent spectrophotometric determination and proved to havemore advantages than methods which are commonly used,i. e.AKC and CPA,and is applied to theSpectrophotometric analysis of the a-Naphthol, 1-Naphthylamine and 2-Naphthylamine-6-sulfonicacid mixture.The limitations of CPA and the advantages of regressive orthogonal designing are discussed.It is strongly believed that regressive orthogonal designing can find wide application in manyfields of multicomponent spectrophotometric analysis.
