摘要
目的了解双相抑郁与单相抑郁的精神病理学差异。方法应用Meta分析对国内符合标准的9项研究进行分析,比较双相与单相抑郁患者的症状学差别以及差异的效应。结果双相抑郁患者迟滞、非典型症状比单相抑郁多,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),而焦虑、自杀却低于单相抑郁,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论双相抑郁与单相抑郁有某些症状学的差异,这些差异可能对临床鉴别抑郁症的类型有一定的意义。
Objective To understand the difference in psychopathology between bipolar and unipolar melancholy. Methods The symptomatical difference and its effect were analyzed by using Meta - analysis in 9 studies consistent with the standard published in domestic journals, Results The retardation and atypical symptoms in bipolar melancholy were more （P 〈 0.05）, and anxiety and suicide were less （P 〈 0.01） significantly than those in unipolar melancholy. Conclusion There are some differences symptomatically between bipolar and unipolar melancholy, which maybe helpful for differentiation of melancholy type clinically.
