深圳市皇岗社区居民生存质量影响因素分析

Analysis on Influential Facfors of the Quality of Life of the Residents in Huanggang Community of Shenzhen

目的探讨深圳市皇岗社区居民生存质量的影响因素。方法为社区居民进行年度体检的同时,采用随机抽样的方法,以世界卫生组织生存质量简表26条(WHOQOL-BREF-26),对深圳市皇岗社区240名居民的生存质量进行调查。结果经多元线性回归分析显示社区居民生存质量主要受慢性病、妇科病、年龄及婚姻状况等因素的影响。结论社区健康服务应针对上述的影响因素,为社区居民提供更多的健康教育和预防保健服务,有效地提高社区居民的健康水平和生存质量。

OBJECTIVE To study the influential factors of the quality of life of the residents in Huanggang Community of Shenzhen. METHODS While conducting the yearly health check on the community residents, carry out a survey on the quality of life of the 240 randomly-selected residents based on WHOQOL-BREF-26）. RESULTS The multivariate linear regression ana lysisshows that the quality of life of the residents is mainly affected by chronic diseases, gynecological diseases, menopausal syndromes, age, marriage, and gender, etc. CONCLUSION Targeting the above mentioned factors, more health education and precaution services should be provided to the community residents to help improve their health and quality of life.
