环氧棉籽油-醋酸-水三元系液-液相平衡的测定

摘要 测定了环氧棉籽油-醋酸-水三元系分别在30℃,40℃,50℃,60℃下的液-液平衡双结点曲线,以及在40℃,50℃,60℃下的液-液平衡系线数据;分别应用物料衡算法和系线中点轨迹法对实验数据进行了检验.结果表明,在醋酸质量分数低于30%的配样条件下所测定的液-液平衡数据具有较好的热力学一致性. The liquid-liquid equilibrium binodal curves and the tie-line data of an epoxy cotton seed oil/acetic acid/water ternary system. respectively at 30℃, 40℃, 50℃, 60℃and 40℃, 50℃, 60℃ have been measured and graphically recorded in this work. The experimental results have been examined separately by methods of mass conservation and middle point locus of the tie line. The results show that fine thermodynamic consistency has ho achieved when the mass fraction of actetic acid remains less than 30%, The density data of epoxy cotton seed oil/acetic acid binary systems and the oil phase of epoxy cotton seed oil/acetic acid/water ternary systems under the experi conditions have also been measured in this word.
