摘要
采用高分子表面修饰法成功地制备了粒度小、分散性好,1000℃高温焙烧后无团聚的新型Ce-Mg-O纳米材料,以其为载体通过浸渍法制备成FeOx/Ce-Mg-O催化剂用于甲烷燃烧反应。采用TEM,AFM,XRD,H2-TPR技术对Ce-Mg-O纳米材料的结构、形貌以及还原性能、氧恢复性能进行了表征。结果表明,由于CeO2中引入MgO后形成独特的结构特点和良好的氧性能,采用该纳米材料用于催化剂载体后,有利于提高催化剂对甲烷的氧化活性。在7.0%FeOx/CM催化剂上,甲烷的T90转化温度为560℃。
A new material of Ce-Mg-O for used as catalyst support in catalytic combustion of methane was synthesized by macromolecule surfactant modified method. TEM, AFM, XRD, H2-TPR techniques were carried out for characterization. Remarkable characters of the new support are: (1) Small particle size in nan- ometer order. (2) Excellent resisting sinter ability which of without agglomeration at 1000℃. (3) High catalytic activity to methane oxidation. It is found that the T90 of 7.0%FeOx/Ce-Mg-O catalyst is at 560℃. The good results may be probably due to the introduce of MgO into the CeO2 lattice with an aberration of crystal lattice.
