摘要
采用电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪(ICP)测定75例正常与异常成年男子精浆中多种化学元素的含量,并对其中的13种元素含量进行统计分析。统计结果表明:少精乃至无精的男子其精浆中锌(Zn)元素的含量显著低于正常男子;精浆果糖含量低于正常值范围下限的男子其精浆中磷(P)元素的含量非常显著的低于正常男子。本文结果提示,精浆中锌、磷元素的含量可以作为男性不育症的诊断指标。
This paper reports the determination of the content of chemical elements in seminal plasma among 75 fertile and infertile men by inductively coupled plasma guantometer (ICP AES), and analyzes the content of 13 elements among them. The result shows that the content of zine (Zn) in seminal plasma has notable statistical significance between group 1 (normal) and group 2 (azoospermia or oligospermia), and the content of phosphorus (P) in seminal piasma is of very notable statistical significance between group 1 and group 4 (low concentration of seminal plasma fructose). The result indicates the contents of Zn and P in seminal plasma could be used as diagnostic indexes for male infertility.
