论大学教师人力资本的特征

On Characters of Faculty Human Capital in University

大学教师的人力资本首先具有一般人力资本的特征:不同于物质资本的“人力”特征和不同于一般人力的“资本”特征。但由于学术职业特性,大学教师人力资本又具有不同于一般人力资本的特性。从投入、产出、使用过程三个方面看:大学教师人力资本的形成投入高,价值创造不可度量,使用具有不确定和高度自主的特征。

The human capital of the university faculty has the likely characters of general human capital, which is different from human- powered charecter of material capital and capital character of manpower. Based on the nature of academic profession, vniversity faculty human capital has specialities different from ordinary human capital. And from the aspects of investment, outcome and the course of usage, we find that the formation of it requires high investment. Their value produce cannot be calculated, the usage of them is of uncertainty and high autonomy.
