Moral Education Is not a Course to Be Taught

德育又叫育德,它不是说教,而是品行筑垒;基本途径不是课堂讲授,而是行为示范。行正为范,见贤思齐,这是育德的根本方法。教育反腐,既是生动的品行教育,又是加强思想政治教育工作的切实举措。

The consturction of ＂Two Courses＂ must be strengthened instead of being weakened. The importance lies in the fact that it should be made dear moral education means ＂educating morality＂. It is not kind of preaching. Rather, it is constructing morality and sound personality. The main means by which to attain this goal is not by teaching in the classroom but by examplifying one＇ s hehaviors. Examplify reasonable behaviors and follow ihgh morality are the essential ways. To fight against corruption in education is both a live moral education and at the same time a practical measure to fortify idelogy and politics education.
