摘要
转型时期高校危机事件发生频繁,如何缓解、消除高校危机事件所带来的心理创伤,成为实践和理论工作者必须面对的新课题。为此,本文从强调构建高校危机管理中心理干预机制的必要性分析出发,分析此项制度长期缺失的原因,进而提出应对举措。
Universitr crisis event occurs frequently in transition time. How to alleviate and eradicate the psychological wounds caused by university crisis event becomes a new task with which the practical and the theoretical workers must be faced. Therefore, this paper starts from the causes of psychological intervention mechanism in constructing the university crisis management, analyzes the reasons of this long- term flaw mechanism, and then puts forward the tactics.
