摘要
在恒温条件下,观察了辽宁产中国林蛙的正常胚胎发育.根据其外形变化和胚胎主要特征的出现以及胚胎的行为,将其胚胎发育划分为25个期.从卵子受精开始至蝌蚪的鳃盖闭合,出水孔形成止.在18℃时共历时151.56h.研究了胚胎发育速率与温度间定量关系,结果表明,在适宜的温度范围内,两者呈现出极显著的logistic曲线关系.
ormal embryonic development of Rana chensinensis was observed under the constant temperature. It could be divided into 25 stages, based on change of appearance,emergence of major character and activity of embryo. Total development from fertilization of the egg to formation of spiracle 151. 6 h for its completion at 18 C.Quantitative relationship between embryonic development rate and temperature, had shown that it was conformed to the logistic law in favorable temperature range.
