辽宁产中国林蛙早期胚胎发育研究

在恒温条件下，观察了辽宁产中国林蛙的正常胚胎发育．根据其外形变化和胚胎主要特征的出现以及胚胎的行为，将其胚胎发育划分为２５个期．从卵子受精开始至蝌蚪的鳃盖闭合，出水孔形成止．在１８℃时共历时１５１．５６ｈ．研究了胚胎发育速率与温度间定量关系，结果表明，在适宜的温度范围内，两者呈现出极显著的ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ曲线关系．

It could be divided into 25 stages, based on change of appearance,emergence of major character and activity of embryo. Total development from fertilization of the egg to formation of spiracle 151. 6 h for its completion at 18 C.Quantitative relationship between embryonic development rate and temperature, had shown that it was conformed to the logistic law in favorable temperature range.
