摘要
首次报道了用高灵敏荧光粹灭法测定草酸的新方法.在锆(IV)-槲皮素的体系中,1.5ml2mol/LHCl存在下,草酸的加入使此体系荧光猝灭,用此法可以测定草酸的含量.其检测下限为0.021mg/L,线性范围0.02~2.40μg/ml.λex/λcm=433nm/495nm.本法灵敏度高,选择性好,快速,简捷,重现性好.
A new simple, highly sensitive and selective method has been developed for rapid determination of oxalic acid in Urine based on the fluorescence quenching of Zr (IV) quercetin (λex/λem=433 nm/495 um) in 1. 0 ml 2mol/LHCl. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0. 021~2. 40 mg/L and the detection limit is 0. 021 mg/L.
