摘要
首次报道了用高灵敏荧光粹灭法测定草酸的新方法．在锆（ＩＶ）－槲皮素的体系中，１．５ｍｌ２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ存在下，草酸的加入使此体系荧光猝灭，用此法可以测定草酸的含量．其检测下限为０．０２１ｍｇ／Ｌ，线性范围０．０２～２．４０μｇ／ｍｌ．λｅｘ／λｃｍ＝４３３ｎｍ／４９５ｎｍ．本法灵敏度高，选择性好，快速，简捷，重现性好．
A new simple, highly sensitive and selective method has been developed for rapid determination of oxalic acid in Urine based on the fluorescence quenching of Zr (IV) quercetin (λex/λem=433 nm/495 um) in 1. 0 ml 2mol/LHCl. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0. 021～2. 40 mg/L and the detection limit is 0. 021 mg/L.
