从知识传递模式看教学改革

摘要 知识传递的四种模式分别为内隐知识到内隐知识、内隐知识到外显知识、外显知识到外显知识、外显知识到内隐知识。结合知识传递的规律及《管理学》教学实践,探讨了教学改革的“四动”思路———互动思路、生动思路、行动思路和先动思路。 The four patterns of conveying knowledge are manifested from covert knowledge to covert knowledge, from covert knowledge to overt knowledge, from overt knowledge to overt knowledge and from overt knowledge to covert knowledge. In combination with the law of conveying knowledge and the teaching practice of Management Science, this paper explores four methods of the teaching reform, that is, interaction, vivid teaching, action and pre-action.
