运用共轭变分同化的方法，就如何把卫星高度计资料同化到中尺度分辨率的大洋环流数值模式中去进行了研究．提出了直接利用距平资料来反演平均的海面动力高度的变分同化方案，并验证了可行性，为利用卫星资料进行海洋动力环境研究提供了新途径．

The method of using adjoint variational technique to assimilate satellite altimeter data into a numerical model of the ocean's general circulation is studied in this paper. A variational scheme for retrieving time-mean sea level dynamic heights directly from the anomaly data is developed and examined with the model data.
