On the basis of Qian＇ s analysis of and comment on Lin Shu＇ s translations, it points out that the translator＇ s first and foremost task in the process of seeking ＂sublimity＂ is to make full use of positive ＂enticement＂ of translation and to endeavor to avoid ＂misinformation＂ so as to realize Qian＇s ideal of ＂crossing-over＂ and thus lead the human civilization to the ＂Tower of Babel＂.
