摘要
组织文化是研究组织的最新概念之一,是我们理解体育组织的结构和运作过程的关键。从体育组织文化的概念和体育组织的文化表现两个方面,对体育组织文化进行概述,指出组织文化对体育组织管理的重要性。
Organizational culture, one of the newest concepts in the organization study, has great potential to enhance our understanding of the structure and process of sports organization. This article reviews research on the concepts of sports organizational culture and manifestations of sports organizational culture. It points out the importance of organizational culture to sports organization management.
