大型储罐有节省钢材、占地少、投资省、便于操作和管理等优点。影响大型储罐安全运营的因素很多,一旦发生事故,就可能引发重大事故。对其中的主要安全问题进行分析,并提出对策,为工程设计提供参考。
Large storage tanks have advantages of less steels required,less floor space required,low investment,as well as easy operation and management.Safe operation of large storage tanks depends on many factors,and major accident might be tri-ggered off in case of accidents.Therefore,it is urgently necessary to sum up experiences,put forward improvement measures,analyze main safety issues and advance countermeasures in time for the engineering design.
