储罐基础一旦遭到破坏,有可能导致严重后果。由于影响储罐基础安全的因素众多,且它们之间的相互作用和关系十分复杂,所以正确辨识储罐基础破坏的真实原因是确保大型储罐安全的关键问题。利用解释结构模型———ISM对引起储罐基础破坏的原因进行分析,通过对解释结构模型中可达矩阵的运算建立起不同层次影响因素之间的逻辑关系,从而帮助人们正确辨识出引起储罐基础破坏的最终原因。

Once tank foundation failed,it can cause serious result.Because there are many factors influencing the safety of tank foundation,and their mutual relationship is complicated,to correctly identify the true failure causes in failure of tank foundation is an essential step in ensuring the safety of large oil tank.This paper analyzes the failure causes of tank foundation based on Interpretative Structural Model—ISM,and establishes the logic relations between different hierarchies by computing the achieved matrix in Interpretative Structural Model.Thus it can help people identify the primary reasons causing tank foundation failure.
