摘要
目的研究不同胃肠疾病患者胃液胃酸pH的变化,以及胃液pH对于幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及抗-HpIgA含量的影响。方法用微玻璃电极法测定胃液pH值;Hp感染的鉴定采用尿素酶试验及组织wS银染方法,两者均阳性者确定为Hp阳性;采用ELISA方法测定胃液抗-HpIgA含量。结果不同胃肠病患者的胃液pH值不同(P<0.05);Hp的阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05);胃液pH与抗-HpIgA含量呈强正线性相关(r=0.926,P<0.01)。结论不同胃肠病患者的胃液pH值不同,胃液pH可能会影响IgA的含量及Hp的感染情况。
To investigate the relationship of pH in gastric juice and the IgA content in patients with Helicobacter pylori, the gastric juices of 319 patients with gastrointestinal disorders attending the upper endoscopy for pH analysis and determination of IgA level were analyzed, and in addition, the presence of H. pylori was determined by the fast urease test and Warthin-Starry stain, and the content of IgA in gastric juices was assayed by ELISA. It was found that both the pH values and the positive rate of H. pylori showed significant variations in patients with gastrointestinal disorders, and there was a close positive correlation between gastric pH values and contents of IgA in gastric juices of patients ( r = 0. 926, P 〈 0.01). It is concluded that the gastric pH may influence the level of IgA in gastric juices of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
