摘要
采用国内外两个价格体系,对四个企业的延迟焦化装置加工催化裂化油浆以后的产值变化进行了比较, 并且根据实验室焦化装置加工纯催化裂化澄清油(油浆)所得产品产率对经济效益进行模拟测算,计算结果表明延迟焦化加工催化裂化油浆的经济效益极差。还从理论和技术上,分析比较了减压渣油和催化裂化油浆在焦化反应中的产品收率分布的区别,支持了经济效益的分析结论;同时指出了延迟焦化装置掺炼催化裂化油浆会对焦化装置产品质量产生影响,并会加速加热炉炉管和分馏塔底的结焦速度,直至影响焦化装置的长周期安全运行。
The changes of production values of delayed cokers processing FCCU slurry in four plants are compared using both domestic and overseas pricing systems. The economic benefits are calculated based upon the product yields of the laboratory delayed coker pilot plant processing FCC decanted oil ( slurry oil). The calculation confirms that processing FCCU slurry in delayed coker is mostly economically unfeasible. The differences in product yields and slates of processing vacuum residue and FCCU slurry in delayed coking are analyzed, which support the conclusion of economic analysis. It is pointed that blending the FCCU slurry into delayed coker feed will affect the delayed coker product quality and accelerate the coking in furnace tubes and main fractionator bottom, which jeopardizes the long-term operation of delayed coking unit.
