摘要
热电厂中蒸汽轮机排至凝汽器的乏汽,在凝汽器中用循环水冷却,然后进入凉水塔进一步冷却后排放, 损失掉大量的热量。中国石化集团齐鲁石油化工公司热电厂对1号汽轮机组的凝汽器进行了改造,利用乏汽余热加热温度较低(约5℃)的化学原水——黄河水,节能效益可观,按每年仅在11月至次年4月投用计算,每年就可带来21.6×106RMB¥的经济效益。介绍了改造方案相关参数和实施效果,认为此技术具有推广前景。
In the thermal power plant, the exhaust steam from steam turbine is vented to atmosphere after being cooled down in steam condenser and cooling tower, wasting a large amount of heat. In SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company, the 1# steam turbine's steam condenser in the thermal power plant was revamped to utilize the exhaust steam to heat the low - temperature water ( about 5℃ ) Yellow River water, and significant economic benefit has been achieved from energy saving. When the system is commissioned from November to April next year, the profitability is 21.6 million Yuan (RMB). The relative parameters of revamp and implementation are discussed.
