摘要
研究了还原扩散法制备Sm2Fe17化合物工艺中Sm2O3,Ca,CaCl2的配入量对Sm2Fe17合金均相性的影响,并用XRD对产物进行物相分析。结果表明:当反应温度为1423 K,反应时间为5 h,Sm2O3,Ca,CaCl2的配入量分别为121%,225%,8%时,还原扩散反应比较充分,能得到均相单一的Sm2Fe17化合物。
Effects of the addition amount of Sm2O3, Ca and CaCl2 on the uniformity of Sm2Fe17 compound in reduction-diffusion ( R/D ) processing were investigated and the compound was characterized with XRD. The result shows that when the addition amount of Sm2O3, Ca and CaCI2 are 121%, 225% and 8% respectively at 1423 K for 5 h, R/D reaction is completed very well, and the single phase of Sm2Fe17 compound can be obtained.
