整合素β_3基因在DI大鼠膀胱中的表达

摘要 目的研究逼尿肌不稳定(detrusor instability,DI)大鼠膀胱中整合素β3基因的表达,探讨整合素β3亚基在逼尿肌不稳定发生中的作用。方法建立Wistar大鼠DI模型,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测整合素β3基因在DI大鼠膀胱中的表达。结果整合素β3基因在DI大鼠膀胱中的表达增高。结论整合素β3亚基可以调节钙电流影响逼尿肌兴奋性,可能与DI的发生有关。 Objective To study the expression of integrin β3 gene on detrusor-instability bladder and its role in detrusor instability (DI). Methods The DI animal model was established using female Wistar rats. The expression of integrin β3 gene in DI and normal rat bladder was detected with reverse transciptase chain reaction. Results The expression of integrin β3 gene was increased in DI bladder. Conclusion Integrin β3 may have an influence upon the excitability of detrusor by regulating calcium current,it was con- cerned with the mechanism of the detrusor instability.
