摘要 以马来酸酐接枝物为改性剂制得增韧母粒,对其微观结构、结晶性能和流变性能进行了表征。结果表明,增韧母粒具有典型的核壳结构,在添加质量分数为10%时,可使均聚聚丙烯的冲击强度与添加相同用量的传统母粒相比提高一倍以上,弯曲模量提高约20%。 A kind of polypropylene (PP) toughening masterbatch was developed with taking graft of maleic anhydride as modifier. The micro-structure, crystallinity and rheology of the masterbatch were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results reveal that the toughening masterbatch possesses typical coreshell structure. In the case of adding 10% of the toughening masterbatch, the impact strength of the propylene homopolymer can be increased by 1 fold compared with its counterpart containing the same quantity of the traditional toughening modifier. In addition, the bending modulus of the propylene homopolymer is raised by 20%.
