Development of LDPE speciality resin for high transparency film

根据低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)高透明膜专用树脂的要求,确定了产品的技术指标及工艺条件,开发了高透明膜专用树脂QLV 04。分析表明,QLT 04具有优良的物理性能和加工性能,拉伸强度为11．5 MPa,断裂伸长率为 600％,浊度为5．5％,QLT 04薄膜透明性高,质量稳定,完全满足高透明膜专用树脂的要求。

A kind of low density polyethylene （LDPE） speciality resin （QLT 04） for high transparency film was developed in terms of the technical index and technological conditions, which were determined in accordance with the requirements of the speciality resin. The analyses show that QLT 04 possesses excellent physical properties and processability. QLT 04 has tensile strength of 1 1.5 MPa, elongation at break of 600% and turbidity of 5.5%. The film made of QLT 04 exhibits the advantages of high transparency and stable quality. Therefore, QLT 04 can entirely meet the requirements of speciality resin for high transparency film.
