超长SnO_2纳米带的制备及表征的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以锡粉为原料,采用化学气相沉积法制备了SnO2纳米带.SnO2纳米带的制备在高温加热炉中进行,加热温度为1 000℃.X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,所制备的样品为具有正方金红石结构的SnO2.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析表明,所制备的样品为尺寸均匀一致的纳米带.选区电子衍射(SAED)结果证实所制备的SnO2纳米带为单晶.通过对其生长过程及机理分析可知,SnO2纳米带的生长是由气—固生长机制来控制的. Tin dioxide (SnO2) nanobehs have been successfully synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVP) process on the thermal ewlporation of tin powders at 1 000℃. The reaction was took place in a thermal furnace. The analysis results by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicate that the nanobelts are tetragonal rutile structure of SnO2, and the nanobelts are uniform. The analysis result using selected-area electron diffraction(SAED) shows that the nanobehs are single crystals. The SnO2 nanohehs may grow via a vapor-solid (VS) process.
