疑似新种——湖南花垣小鲵肝脏组织切片观察

Histological Observation of Liver of a Possibly New Variety of Hynobiid Spices-Hynobius huayuanensis sp.nov from Hu′nan Province

为全面了解湖南湘西花垣小鲵,从而有效地保护和利用这一物种,应用常规组织切片方法对该小鲵的肝脏进行了观察研究,了解了小鲵肝脏的基本形态结构,为更深层次的研究其内部结构提供了材料。

In order to understand Huayuan hynobius completely and protect and utilize this species effectively, histological section of hynobius liver was observed. The basic morphological structure of hynobius was elucidated and also offered materials for further study.
