摘要
为寻找人工饲养繁殖虎纹捕鸟蛛最适宜的生态因子,采用正交试验法,研究了温度和光照时间对虎纹捕鸟蛛捕食作用的综合影响。依据捕食数量进行正交设计的方差分析得知,最有利于虎纹捕鸟蛛捕食的因子组合为温度27℃,光照时间12 h。
Through orthogonal experiment, the integration effect of temperature and illumination time on predation of Ornithoctonus huwena was studied in the research. According to variance analysis of orthogonal design by the number of prey Ornithoctonus huwena to do, the result indicated that the most beneficial temperature and illumination time for its predation was 27 ℃ and 12 hours.
