摘要
由不同的起始剂与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷接聚得到一系列两段和三段嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂,用于辽河油田曙光采油厂稠油进行脱水性能测试,得到不同起始剂聚醚单剂的较优品种;对其进行扩链和复配处理,得到BLS-331稠油破乳剂,用于辽河油田曙光采油厂稠油在75℃、加药量100mg/L情况下进行室内破乳剂脱水性能测试,绝对脱水率达到98%以上,并且脱出污水水色较清,界面齐,得到了较理想的效果。
BLS-331 demulsifier for heavy oil is prepared with preferable demulsifiers,of every multi block PO/EO polyethers synthesized with different initiator and epoxide, by extending chain and compound. Experiment of performance of BLS - 331 results (at 70℃, 100mg/L, Liaohe shuguang heavy oil) : dehydrating rate:〉 98 %, separated water clear, interface trim.
