合成光敏性环氧丙烯酸酯的催化剂研究 被引量:12

摘要 提出了具有催化协同效应的三乙胺、三苯基膦和四乙基溴化铵复配催化剂,讨论比较了该催化剂与三苯基膦等成分,在环氧丙烯酸合成过程中,不同用量、不同温度等反应条件下对生成产品性能的影响。研究结果表明,复配催化剂具有较高的催化活性,当m(复配催化剂)/m(环氧树脂)=0.01、反应温度105℃、反应时间仅2.5 h时,可使环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应酯化率>99%;且合成的光敏性环氧丙烯酸预聚物外观为水白色,黏度(涂-4#杯,65℃)为300 s,成膜固化时间短。 A type of composite catalyst of triethylamine, triphenylphosphine and tetraethylarmnonium bromide with synergistic effect is developed. The effects of catalyst components ,reaction temperature and reaction time on the property of esterification product of epoxy resin with acrylic acid are discussed. The results show that the composite catalyst has higher activity. Thus, when the mass ratio of composite catalyst to epoxy resin is 0. 01 ,reacting at 105 ℃ for 2. 5 h,the esterification rate is greater than 99%, and the appearance of the product is water-white with viscosity being 300 seconds and short curing time.
