硫酸锰深度净化的研究

Study on Farther Purity of Manganese Sulfate Produced by Removal of SO_2

对用锰粉去除工业硫酸锰中杂质进行了探讨实验,结果表明:控制反应温度90℃,锰粉加入量1.9%,反应时间4 h,静置时间48 h后,工业二级硫酸锰可净化达到肥料级、饲料级硫酸锰产品标准。

Using the manganese powder for decontaminating the impurity was investigated from the thermodynamics angle. Study experiment results indicate that the fertilizer or feed class manganese sulfate product standard could be attained when the reaction temperature is 90℃, the additive manganese powder is 1.9 % and the reaction time persists 4 hours, then calm down 48 hours.
