摘要
为检测球体产品,提出了一种控制曲面的计算机辅助设计方案,该控制曲面可控制球体转动模式,以使激光束可扫描到整个球面.研究了扫描点在球面上的移动模式,用微分方程组建立了扫描点与角速度矢量变化规律的数学模型,并运用该模型设计出控制球体转动的控制曲面;同时对此模型及其控制曲面分别用Simulink和OpenGL进行了成功的计算机仿真.
A project of computer-aided design was presented for ball-inspection' s controlling surface, which could control bali's rotation in order that a laser beam could scan the whole sphere. The motion pattern of a scanning point was studied in case a fixed laser beam was pointing at a rotating ball with fixed center. A mathematical model of the scanning point and the angle-velocity vector was built up with differential equations for the motion manner. With this model, a controlling surface was designed to control the bali's rotation. The mathematical model and the controlling surface were successfully simulated with Simulink and OpenGL respectively.
