摘要
一个行业是否是一门专业以及专业化程度的高低,通常有一个国际通用的特征体系。我国的教师专业化所表现出来的病理现象,大致可分为教育性病理和病理性教育两种。大力推进教师教育的改革,努力提高教师的专业水平,完善教师资格制度,建立真正意义的教师自己的专业组织,形成专业压力团体等措施都是解决教师专业化病理现象的有效途径。
There is a current system used in the world to determine whether one vocation is a profession or not and scale what extent it is. The pathology of teacher' s profession in China can be divided into two kinds educational pathology and pathological education. To advance the teacher's education reform, to improve the teachers' profession extent , to consummate teachers' qualification system, to constitute the professional organization which belongs to teacher in deed and to form pressure group are the efficient methods to solve the problem of teachers' profession in China.
