摘要
对于学费制定标准问题,有很多学者认为是难以量化的,因此学术界对此问题缺乏深入系统的研究。因此应对此问题进行深入探讨和相关的分析研究。根据能力支付原则和利益获得原则,初步构建一个涵盖五个主要经济因素———各方面的承受能力、高等教育个人收益率、高等教育供需状况、生均培养成本以及地区差异的学费标准制定的量化模型,并在此基础上具体提出各专业、各地区的学费制定标准的两个公式模型。
People generally think it difficult and important to build the formula model of tuition-made. The author will analyzethis problem theoretically. According to ability-to-pay principle and the principle of benefit obtaining, this paper will build a tuition-made formula model, including five important economic factors, such as the ability of payment, the private rate of return to higher education, the supply and demand of higher education, cultivation cost per student and regional difference, and then build two more specific formula models.
