Eroding problems and countermeasures of the distillation unit equipment after treating the mixed Russian oil

介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂掺炼俄油量提高后,原油一、二次加工装置出现的设备腐蚀问题,分析了硫腐蚀的机理,低温及高温硫腐蚀产生的部位及防止的方法,提出了防止硫腐蚀应采用的措施和建议。

The eroding phenomena in the distillation unit of Oil Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Co. Ltd caused by mixed Russian oil were introduced. The mechanism of sulfur eroding, the positions eroded by sulfur at low and high temperature were analyzed. The countermeasures of how to preventing the sulfur eroding and the effects were put forward.
