摘要
目的为了解铜绿假单胞菌的多重耐药和有关机理。方法聚合酶链反应(PCR)法对多重耐药的铜绿假单胞菌进行β-内酰胺酶基因、氨基糖苷类修饰酶(AMEs)基因、耐消毒剂基因的检测,并对VIM基因进行测序。结果PCR显示TEM型β-内酰胺酶基因、VIM型金属β-内酰胺酶基因、aac(6′)-Ⅰ型、ant(3″)-Ⅰ型AMEs基因和qacE△1-sul1型耐消毒剂基因扩增阳性;oprD2基因扩增检测呈缺失型;VIM金属酶基因扩增产物测序,经BLAST程序分析为VIM-2型。结论铜绿假单胞菌存在多重耐药基因,以支持疗法为宜。
OBJECTIVE To study the condition and mechanism of multi drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. METHODS The genes of beta-lactamase, aminoglycosides modifying enzymes (AMEs) and disinfectant-resistance were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The sequence of VIM gene was detected. RESULTS The results of PCR indicated that TEM type of beta-lactamase genes, VIM type of metallo-beta-lactamase genes, aac (6r)- Ⅰ and, ant(3")- Ⅰ types of AMEs genes and qacE△l-sull type of disinfectant-resistance genes were positive and oprD2 gene was absent in multi drug -resistant P. aeruginosa. The sequence of PCR products of VIM of metallo-beta-lactamase genes was analyzed by BLAST (www. ncbi. nlm. nih. gov) and it was VIM-2. CONCLUSIONS There are multidrug resistant genes in P. aeruginosa and for this the supporting therapy is suitable.
