米诺环素治疗智齿冠周炎的临床与实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解米诺环素(派丽奥)治疗智齿冠周炎厌氧菌感染的疗效。方法选择150例口腔智齿冠周炎厌氧菌感染患者进行临床治疗,其中A组(受试组)58例、B组(对照组1)47例和C组(对照组2)45例,在治疗前后作厌氧菌培养,观察临床疗效和厌氧菌清除率,并进行比较。结果有效率A组为98.11%,B组为95.45%,C组为45.45%;A组和B组与C组的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01);A组和B组治疗前后用药后厌氧菌的清除率>85%,C组清除率较低,约30%;A组和B组与C组的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论米诺环素用以治疗口腔厌氧菌感染疗效显著。 OBJECTIVE To find out the efficacy of minocycline (Periocline) against operculitis of wisdom tooth. METHODS Totally 150 patients were chosen and divided into three groups according to a certain standard; group A (58 patients applied with minoeyeline), group B (47 patients'applied with tinidazole), group C (45 patients as control). The bacteria in the sack were collected for anaerobic cultures. The clinical efficacy and the rate of killing anaerobic bacteria were observed. RESULTS The effective rate in groups A, B and C was 98.11%, 95.45% and 45.45%, respectively. The lowest rate of killing anaerobic bacteria in groups A or B was 85 %, and in group C was 30%. There were no significant differences between groups A and B (P〉0. 05). There were significant differences between groups A and C (P〈0.01). CONCLUSIONS Minocycline shows obvious therapeutic effects on infection with anaerobic bacteria.
