摘要
本文系统报道了间接耦合光电探测器奇异输出特性中四类工作区域的瞬态响应状况,当器件工作于峰域时,不仅能加快响应速度而且产生新的内部增益,充分展示出这是一个极有价值的区域。文中针对实验结果进行讨论,得出交流耦合系数大于1(具有内部增益)的分析结果。
The transient characteristics of the indirect-coupling photodetector workng in four different regions are reported. When it works in the peak region, the response time is shortened and a new internal current gain is produced. Thus the peak region demonstrates its great value.We have also discussed the experiment result and concluded that the internal current gain is greater than 1 when operatinng in the peak region.
