Implementation of human caring nursing education to fit with nursing service needs in hospitals

适应临床护理服务模式的转变,从更新教师的观念入手,改变传统的教育模式和方法,在教学中深入开展“人文关怀”护理教育。采取各项护理操作中使用关怀用语,实施情景教学,感同身受,规范学生的行为礼仪等方法。提高学生“人文关怀”服务意识,并在具体工作中应用“人文关怀”护理方法为病人服务,以符合医院护理服务的需求。

This paper discusses the human caring nursing education. The concept of human caring nursing education should be built up to fit in with the transformation of clinical nursing service model. Starting from the renewal of teachers＇ concept, traditional teaching methods should be changed, and human caring nursing education should be widely conducted. With solicitous expressions in nursing services and through the context teaching, students＇ behaviors and manners axe to be in the normal way so as to improve students＇ service sense of human caring. And students will offer their human solicitous nursing services to patients thus fitting in with the nursing service needs in hospitals.
