尿酸清治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Niaosuanqing on hyperuricemia secondary to chronic renal failure

目的观察尿酸清治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法将68例慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症患者随机分为2组。治疗组34例在西药综合保守治疗的基础上服用尿酸清,对照组34例只予西药综合保守治疗。结果治疗组总有效率76.47%,对照组总有效率47.06%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组血肌酐明显降低(P<0.01),且血尿酸降低、肌酐清除率升高(P<0.05);甘油三酯、胆固醇明显降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白升高、低密度脂蛋白降低(P<0.05);血红蛋白、白蛋白明显升高(P<0.01)。结论尿酸清具有改善肾功能,降低血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸,纠正脂质代谢紊乱,提高血清白蛋白及血红蛋白含量,减轻肾性贫血等作用,是临床治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症的有效方剂。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Niaosuanqing on hyperuricemia secondary to chronic renal failure. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients in the treatment group were administrated Niaosuanqing on the basis of conservative western medicine treatment. 34 patients in the control group were only given conservative western midicine treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.41% and was 46. 06% in the control group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0,01）. Compared with the control group, the plasma creatinine level, uric acid level, low density lipeprotein level, triglyceride level, cholesterol level significantly decreased, and the cretinine clearance rate, the level of high density lipoprotein, the hemoglobin and albumin level significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Niaosuanqing has effective treatment on patients with hyperuricemia secondary to chronic renal failure.
