恶性高热诊断和治疗的研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 恶性高热(MH)是一种具有家族遗传性的亚临床肌肉病,主要是由吸入麻醉药和琥珀胆碱所触发的骨骼肌异常高代谢状态。MH一旦发生,病情进展迅速,表现为全身肌肉痉挛,体温急剧升高,氧耗量急速增加,二氧化碳大量生成,产生呼吸性和代谢性酸中毒,患者可因多器官功能衰竭而死亡。儿童MH的发病率(1/15000)明显高于成人(1/50000),男性多于女性,在先天性疾病如特发性脊柱侧弯、斜视、上睑下垂、脐疝、腹股沟疝等患者中多见。20世纪60年代MH的病死率高达90%。随着对MH认识的深入和诊断、
