血管内皮生长因子C及其受体在慢性粒细胞白血病细胞中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 急性白血病、慢性白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)等多种恶性血液疾病患者骨髓的血管密度增加并且与疾病进程及预后相关。对血管新生的生物学机制研究多集中在血管新生正负调控蛋白分子上。近来通过对几种白血病细胞株的研究,已将注意力集中于血管新生因子在血液疾病发展过程中的作用上。为了解血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C及其受体(VEGFR)在血液系统恶性肿瘤发病及疾病进展和预后中的作用,我们检测了慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者骨髓单个核细胞VEGF-C及其受体表达情况,以发现它们之间的相互关系。
